This an email harvester (grabber) by mailmascot, wich helps automate collecting emails text and databases from internet web sites.You just define page URL in the upper box you hit grab (start) and it will collect for you all emails available in that URL and possible surrounding pages.
When finished you save your email database to an external text file.
